EXISTING INFUSIONSOFT USERS:

Existing users have different needs to new Infusionsoft customers as once you have completed your Kickstart program, you will want to get to the next level of Infusionsoft competence.  Check out the following services:

1.  HALF/FULL  DAY INTENSIVE

This is where we come to you and show or coach you on any feature of your Infusionsoft application.  This is ideal if you need a campaign designed and built quickly, or an automation strategy developed, but would like to do it yourself under the supervision of an expert.  If you are not located in Sydney, then we connect via Skype or other suitable software where we can share screens – just as good as having an expert sitting next to you.

2. RETAINER AGREEMENT

This is where you need a number of campaigns or solutions designed and implemented, but don’t need to be implemented all at the same time or in an urgent timeframe.  Instead of paying for the cost of all the campaigns/solutions at the same time, you simply hire us on a monthly retainer basis.  This Retainer model allows for focus on designing and implementing one or two campaigns at a time per month.  You keep us on a retainer until all the projects are completed and then the Retainer agreement is reduced or cancelled – it’s your choice.

Clients love this service as not only do you take advantage of the lower hourly rate charged, you are then able to spread the project costs over many months – your P&L statement will look a lot healthier.

3. TRAINING

This is where you may have staff that are not proficient in Infusionsoft, which is causing loss of sales or loss of data integrity in your application, i.e. duplicate contacts, contacts stuck in campaigns etc.  We will work with you to identify specific areas of training and then come to your office to conduct the training.

4. CAMPAIGN AUDIT

This is where you may have built out a full campaigns, but would like an expert to ‘look it over’ and report back to you on the stability or robustness of your design, or recommend improvements.  This sanity check approach removes the fear most newer Infusionsoft users have in pressing the ‘Publish’ button.

5. PAY-AS-YOU-GO SUPPORT.

The technical support included in your existing package includes phone support via the Infusionsoft technical support team.  Some users prefer to get support via a local Infusionsoft expert. This is ideal for quick coaching on a specific feature or providing help with a specific problem you are experiencing.
